This shared office in Seocho-dong is tailored for freelancers, lawyers, judicial scriveners, tax accountants, CPAs, consultants, instructors, private tutors, and other sole proprietors, offering a convenient live-work proximity. With excellent accessibility, ample parking, and outstanding nearby infrastructure such as the Seocho Registry Office, Nambu Bus Terminal, and the Seoul Arts Center, it provides an ideal workspace solution.

We provide office desks, chairs, and drawers as standard for all tenants. This location exclusively offers soundproof and privacy-enhanced single-person rooms.

A discount of 5% and 10% is offered for advance payments of 6 months and 1 year of rent, respectively.
The deposit is prepaid and amounts to 2 months' rent.
Meeting rooms are available by reservation at a rate of 10,000 KRW per hour. Tenants can use free credits equivalent to 10% of their monthly rent for reservations.
The usage fee for multifunction printers/scanners/copiers is 50 KRW per black-and-white page and 150 KRW per color page. Tenants can pay using credits.
Meeting rooms and Hot desks are also available for external users at a fee through prior reservation.
