There are office spaces of various sizes, ranging from single-person rooms to rooms accommodating up to 60 people. Additionally, there are meeting rooms that can host up to 8 people and study booths available for rent, suitable for up to 4 people.

We provide office desks, chairs, drawers, and internet as standard, so you can start working immediately by simply bringing your laptop or PC.

4-person rooms: 10,000 KRW per hour,
6-8 person rooms: 15,000 KRW per hour. These are available by reservation, and tenants can use the free credits provided monthly to access them.

A discount of 5% and 10% is offered for advance payments of 6 months and 1 year of rent, respectively.
The deposit is prepaid and amounts to 2 months' rent.
Meeting rooms are available by reservation at a rate of 10,000 KRW per hour. Tenants can use free credits equivalent to 10% of their monthly rent for reservations.
The usage fee for multifunction printers/scanners/copiers is 50 KRW per black-and-white page and 150 KRW per color page. Tenants can pay using credits.
Meeting rooms and study booths are also available for external users at a fee through prior reservation.
