Our philosophy is simple: provide an optimal working space at a competitive rate.

Our shared offices are designed with the one-person company, freelancers, and small startups in mind. We do the legwork for you because entrepreneurs don’t have the time and resources required in scouting, securing, and setting up an office space.

To create MY WORKSPACE, we took the solutions that every growing company needs, then removed the frivolous, trendy elements that other coworking spaces tout. With this approach, we are able to offer high-quality coworking spaces at a reasonable rent.

The biggest advantage of MY WORKSPACE is that it is close to Gangnam Station, so I can commute quickly and customers can come for meetings easily. For startups seeking offices or meeting rooms around Gangnam Station, MY WORKSPACE rents out spaces at more reasonable prices than other co-working spaces in Gangnam.

Compared to other shared offices, MY WORKSPACE's competitiveness lies in that it rents offices to tenants at a relatively low cost by removing unnecessary costs. Even though it is located in an expensive area near Gangnam Station, the cost is about ₩200,000 per person, which is almost half the average market price for the area.

I appreciate the friendly managers at MY WORKSPACE. The biggest advantage is that office is close to Gangnam Station. MWS also provides classes on various topics and there are opportunities to expand in new directions by networking with other tenants.
